It's not totally crazy. Clearly 2S sets trumps as hearts, so the agreement appears to be "cuebid first-round controls". Of course, that doesn't match the hand at all though.

Thanks for reporting.

The sequence here is showing pseudo-ace as it's the lowest possible cuebid so GIB could overbid agreed suit to show strength and doesn't jump to avoid showing Spliter.

The requirements here are slam possible values and losers looking as 1 or less.

However will be addressed for improvement as the information it carries is not quite sufficient and accurate.

The 3NT bid is the one that seems strange to me.
