Why is Gib bidding? has only 5♥ so there is no guaranty of a fit. Even the description says Gib needs 6♥ for it's bid. PASS and let partner decide. Maybe 4♠X is best spot.

I had an auction today that started 1D-(4S)-P-P. When I was scrolling over 4NT to see what it meant (I had 5H-6D 18 count if I remember right), the explanation said it was RKC agreeing diamonds.
