We play Gitelman-style game tries, so 2/3/3 would ostensibly show a 4-card suit, 2NT would suggest NT, and 3 is a general invite. Your bid?

What does 2 show? Is it showing basically a weak nt with 4 hearts? More than that?

Normally 11-13 balanced with 4 hearts, but opener would also bid 2 on minimum unbalanced hands with 5+ clubs and 4 hearts.

Seems like I should probably bid 3 then. 3 maybe, but I'm worried partner might down grade shortness there if my bid is supposed to show some values in my suit. With me having no values in diamonds and the stiff club Q partner might be surprised. I'm a 7 LTC hand, so I might want to force to game, but partner could be balanced 11, seems like inviting might be enough, partner should know there is an IMP game bonus.

Would really appreciate some more input on this one.

I'd bid game if we were red. At white I would just try 3
