To make it worse, it's MPs.

The 3 bid was systemic. Lead: 2 (3rd/5th).

How do you play it?

A (pitch) and a trump looks obvious to me. Will probably repeat the same next.

I did just that. Ducked a trump to LHO's jack, who insisted in hearts. I took the ace and played another trump to LHO's ace. A heart was played and I had to ruff.

Now I needed to bring in the club suit, so I played K and 10 to the jack, but LHO had the Q. That was 1 down.

I wondered whether there was a better line, but I couldn't find it single dummy.

After the second heart it is also possible to ruff a club in dummy before playing the second trump round, this works whenever both majors are 3-2 and either Q is doubleton, or with the spade short (they ruff with their trump trick), seems better than trying to guess Q.
