Yes, this is a bug that affects other apps too, not just BBO. Not much we can do about that, we'll have to wait for Adobe and Google to fix.

The migrated and half uninstalled bbo needs to be removed. using the tool ADB you can, with Debug enabled on your device.
After this command:
Adb uninstall air.com.bridgebase.BridgeBase
you can then install the bbo app normally using the Play Store
