Since it is posted here I assume GIB is your partner, but since you have only 9 HCP it is not the usual "human holds best hand" format. Tough to answer as I have no experience playing with GIB in other formats. The only choice I wouldn't consider at all is 3H, the others all have something to recommend them.

This is in the GIB forum because I was surprised by the choice made by East (GIB). I wanted to get feedback before without biasing anyone by posting the other hands.

This clearly fits under a 2 opener, but I would open it 3 because of seat and vulnerability. I'm pretty sure GIB bids 4 with these kind of hands.
