I feel like W caused this problem and should probably X to start, intending to convert a H response to Ss (implying Cs).

As bid . . . X by opener isn't too bad. Nor is 3NT. I would try either before 3H.

The worst call is the pass of 3H. The 2C bidder has not limited the hand, so 3is forcing. W has an easy and obvious 3
