Unable to register in robot tourney

I recently tried to register to play in a BBO robot tournament and they disallowed me because they claimed that I had a record of not finishing tournaments. I have never not finished a tournament so I'm wondering where that came from. Many times I try to register for a tournament and it immediately says registration closed. Can you check into this for me please. Thanks, Sharon

Robot tournaments don't have any TCR requirement. The only BBO-operated tournaments that have a TCR requirement are Express Free Automated Fun.

You don't have a TCR yet. You have to play in 10 tournaments in 60 days to establish a TCR, and you've only played in 3. Until you play in enough tourneys, you won't be able to play in any tourneys that have a TCR requirement.

The free robot duplicate tournaments only allow 10 entries, and they fill up very quickly.
