delete bbo on IMAC

I need to completely delete bbo on my IMAC. For some reason it is constantly freezing and I cannot participate with any partner. What is causing it to freeze?

I think you will need to be more specific. Which BBO version are you using? The downloadable windows client is rarely used in Macs so presumably you are using the web version, but what do you mean by "delete" in that case? Maybe you need to clear the browser cache. Or are you using the app for iPad/iPhone?

And what exactly is happening? At what point does it freeze?
