IMPS on BBO both sides 2/1 strong NT but LHO RHO and CHO are all random

what do you lead

No hints that this will be a "race-type" 3NT, so I'll try a spade. Sure enough, if LHO happens to have long clubs, ♦K can work better (or a heart, for that matter).
