MP, best hand South, Instant, pro GIB 30

Notwithstanding that I only made 8 tricks, with Hearts and Clubs both misbehaving and best opening lead, I don't think that North should settle for a part-score opposite an opening bid, even if that opener does reveal itself to be a minimum weak NT.

I wonder whether it would have passed at IMP. Any way to tell?

(Obviously not the most bizarre of GIB actions to be posted here of late)
Psych (pron. saik): A gross and deliberate misstatement of honour strength and/or suit length. Expressly permitted under Law 73E but forbidden contrary to that law by Acol club tourneys.

Psyche (pron. sahy-kee): The human soul, spirit or mind (derived, personification thereof, beloved of Eros, Greek myth).
Masterminding (pron. mPosted ImagesPosted ImagetPosted Imager-mPosted ImagendPosted Imageing) tr. v. - Any bid made by bridge player with which partner disagrees.

"Gentlemen, when the barrage lifts." 9th battalion, King's own Yorkshire light infantry,
2000 years earlier: "morituri te salutant"

"I will be with you, whatever". Blair to Bush, precursor to invasion of Iraq

Thanks for reporting.

GIB wasn't intended to pass, has to bid 3NT, but after second thought ( simming ) its picked to pass.

Fixed this in v31.

Should (or does) the description of 2N include showing stops in both majors?
