After 2,Gib E don't know how to describe its balanced hand with 18-19hcp,jump raise 4 instead of 2nt.

Thanks for reporting.

Improved in v31 to prefer NT if partner's forced suit is minor for keeping more options with balanced hand.

If partner's suit is major GIB has option to cuebid with not 4card fit, bid NT with none and raise to 3/4M based on shape and strength.

So summarized, with displayed hand GIB would bid 2NT instead of 4.
