Unless you badly need a swing, or knowing that N holds ♠Q + ♥J + ♦A, you may adopt an anti-percentage line of finessing ♥J, small to ♦Q to execute the strip squeeze.
Otherwise I do not see this is a special playing problem - just finessing ♠Q as pointed out.

一位高手是这样完成的
用HA吃住首攻，他看到了S的牌张，SJ10987，只少SQ，判断击落SQ的可能性大。
出S到SA,出H进明手，这时他出了点小失误，误点了H10,但幸运的是HJ在北家。
继续S到SK,击落了SQ。
6NT+1。
