New bidding system (fantunes)

Though it is not officially published bidding system ,fantunes is revealed by bill Jacobs . Accepting his book as a base this fantastic system can be inserted to bbo bidding systems inventory and gib bidding inventory.

If you (or someone else) create a CC, we can add it to the standard CC list.

GIB doesn't have a bidding system inventory, it just has one bidding system. Also, creating a new bidding system for GIB would be at least a year of work, and would require the assistance of someone who is very familiar with the system so that all the details could be translated in to GIB's programming language.
