Suppose I am a TD of a tourney and i sub someone. When I click a list of subs appear. Is there any order in which the subs appear or is it a random list?

My suggestion is that the subs must be displayed in the descending order of master points obtained i.e. those having most master points must be displayed first. This ensure these players get preference in subbing

I agree that this is an interesting suggestion. There are other possible criteria such as the number of times the sub has previously subbed in tourneys, tournament/hand completion rate, who was first to register as sub for the tourney and so forth.
Psych (pron. saik): A gross and deliberate misstatement of honour strength and/or suit length. Expressly permitted under Law 73E but forbidden contrary to that law by Acol club tourneys.

Psyche (pron. sahy-kee): The human soul, spirit or mind (derived, personification thereof, beloved of Eros, Greek myth).
Masterminding (pron. mPosted ImagesPosted ImagetPosted Imager-mPosted ImagendPosted Imageing) tr. v. - Any bid made by bridge player with which partner disagrees.
