Match Points, ACBL robot individual

I'm curious as to why North did not bid 2 over South's 2 rebid. Surely, 7-card support with 3 Kings qualifies for more than a raise to 3. And North's use of Blackwood after offering only a tepid raise seems like a complete contradiction of its previous bidding. Incidentally, 27 of 32 Souths passed the raise to 3, having failed to intuit that partner held 7-card support (or, even if they did, perhaps having failed to learn that a stiff Queen is a rock-solid stopper.)

GIB seems to have difficulties on hands that have long suits. For further reading enjoyment, see My link

Who knows what GIB would have done if it had 8 clubs? It might not have raised at all.
