Actually we had 3->puppet to 3NT, showing one or both minors, on the card. But partner (me) wouldn't know the follow-ups so it's a bit obsolete :)

Agree with 3NT, no reason to help the defence by using PS since 3NT proably plays better even if p has a 5-card major.

I would try the puppet for spades if p shows 5h I would be happy with 3n
Unlikely spades will be a disaster as trumps while hearts could be with 3
small and spades might easily make when 3n has no hope.

The only possible reason to not bid 3nt right now would be if it is conventional, in which case bid 3s or however you sign off in 3nt.
