Pass at matchpoints, regardless of vul.

At imps (as stated), I would consider bidding on if we were vulnerable, but would probably pass. Not vul, this seems like an easy pass for me. I can construct hands where I can make game, but I can construct way more where I go down in game, and even in three hearts.

I love bidding game but this is an easy pass. Even vul at imps -- partner is also a good player who is vul at imps and realizes that. We have a near complete minimum, even if we open almost all 5332 11s, our hand is 1 point better than minimum, that is not enough.

If you bid game here you should be changing your agreements from limit raise to game forcing. This is in the bottom half of your openers even if you open 1M on 10-15. In 2/1 or standard this is totally a minimum.

This isn't even a good 5332 12 count. Too quacky and K&R says it's only worth 11.05. I'd have thought about 11.5, but calling this 12.0 is certainly a stretch. Of course if I thought it was worth 12.0 I'd still pass. Here I pass and hope that we aren't a trick too high.

Cool. In this free robot dupe, I was the only one of ten human Souths who passed. Thank y'all for confirming that I'm not losing my mind, or at least that this board wasn't evidence of it :)

But you didn't tell us it was a robot duplicate - I would snap bid 4 against bots, not just because their defence is bad (it is much weaker than their declarer play) but the bot partner will tend to invite on some hands that should insist on game.

Silly me... I try to play bridge with/against GIB, not some similar game.

No - don't apologise. I was stupid for thinking that what we used to call the "human" element was still part of the game.

Soft values in side suits, no extra shape nor HCP? Obvious pass, regardless of scoring.
