North is the dealer, using strong club system. How to get 7D(we didn't even bid 6D)? :unsure:

Moscito Variants:
1 = any (14)15+
......1 = FG
1 = Two Suiters w/o or m 1-suiter. Usually 19-
......1NT = Shape Relay
2 = 1-suiter
......2 = Shape Relay
3NT = 3370 (+6 = (7330) w/ Low-Shortage)
......4 = QP ask. Responder knew slam possible, and 5 not bad over 3NT.
4NT = 12 QP (base = 9)
......5 = DCB w/ King parity. Responder knew 2 QP, i.e. 1K or 2Q is missing in the 3 suits.
Opener next +1 = even K (Missing 1K = Small), otherwise zoom (Missing 2Q = Grand.)
6 = +7, odd K with 221H Honors. DCB sequence = .
......7 = S/O

Very natural old style pre asking bid precision with a twiddle.

1-2
2-3
3-4
4-4
4-5
5(I have the K or Q, bid 7 with the other)-7

Opener knows responder has A, A or K but not both to 5 or more clubs, 3 diamonds so only 5 major suit cards, hence is looking for an additional cover card anywhere. Responder with AK would bid 5 rather than 5 over 4, 5 over 5 would show K, 6 over 5 would show Q so 5N would show Q as it shows something that couldn't be shown by another method.

I would miss the grand opposite xx, Axx, xxx, Axxxx or xx, Ax, Q8x, Kxxxxx, but would bid it comfortably opposite what is actually held.

Doesn't this also cover xx, Axx, Qxx, Kxxxx which is a very poor grand

Have you missed a 5 bid out as it appears that the small hand just blasted the grand knowing nothing.

My own relay club system, based on TOSR loosely.

1-1 strong 16+; balanced or clubs, almost always GF
1N-2 relay; clubs one-suited
2-2 relay; short , GF values
2N-3 relay; 2335

I think the key here is to realize that with the big diamond fit and a spade ruff, hearts are the only suit that matters and a small slam is likely even opposite most GF hands (with the K protected on the lead). In this spirit, I ask for RKC in diamonds and follow it with a control ask in hearts.

4-4 RKC ; 1/4
5-5 heart control ask; AQ (or K only)

C3: Copious Canape Club

1 (16+) - 2 (8-11 balanced) -
3 (SAB-3) - 3NT (3+ & 3 Controls) -
4 (CAB) - 5( AK or AQ) -
6 (Best we can do, K probably useless) . - - -
Ultra Relay: see Daniel's web page: https://bridgewithda...19/07/Ultra.pdf
C3: Copious Canape Club is still my favorite system. (Ultra upgraded, PM for notes)

Santa Fe Precision published 8/19. TOP3 published 11/20. Magic experiment (Science Modernized) with Lenzo. 2020: Jan Eric Larsson's Cottontail . 2020. BFUN (Bridge For the UNbalanced) 2021: Weiss Simplified (Canape & Relay). 2022: Canary Modernized, 2023-4: KOK Canape.

Trivial with no interference when N is captain.

1 - 2 : forcing art 16+; game force, 8+ hcp, 2+ ctls, 5+ with no other 4+ suit
2 - 2 : relay; either short spades or 2227
2nt - 3 : relay; 2335 shape
3 - 3nt : ctl ask?; 3 cts (A=2;K=1)
4 - 4: where?; 1 of top 2 in and , 0 or 2 top in (now know K and A and 12 tricks in diamonds, either the Q or Q will produce a 13th trick, and partner needs something else for positive, we can find the one at least)
4nt - 5: what else?; 0 or 2 top
5 - 5: what else?; no Q
5 - 6: what else?; Q, no Q
7

If partner had responded 5nt to the 5 ask denying the Q you should sign off in 6 although you have some chances still as the spade Q makes it cold, the heart J makes it on a finesse, and there is probably about a 1/3 chance that the opponents get off to the A lead too.

I wouldn't get there. Only to 6.

Using my pet two-way forcing pass system:

pass 1D
3D 3H
3S 3NT
6D

pass = 0-8 or 15+
1D = 9-11 bal or 9-14 unbal 5+ in a minor
3D = nat 15+, sets GF
3H, 3S = stop
3NT = got club stop
6D = practical bid. Club wastage rules out grand, which would be too random on light of info exchanged.

This should not be hard playing pretty basic precision.

1 2(nat 8 + pts)
2(alpha) 2(no support, less than 4 controls)
2nt (waiting) 3 (qx or xxx support)
3(epsilon) 4 (2 top heart controls)
4 (epsilon) 5 (3rd round control)

Your auction isn't a bad one, but I disagree with what you said for two reasons:
(1) Basic Precision isn't likely to use Gamma or Epsilon Asking Bids, let alone the players remembering what Asking Bid comes next, and (2) I would be bidding 1NT on round 1, right or wrong. Otherwise, I would have a similar auction.
