New version of BBO released - Partner compatibility Version 1.48f

A new version of BBO has been released. This is version 1.48f.

The main change is that there is now the notion of a "partnership compatibility rating" (for zero to five stars including half stars) that estimates how good a fit a potential partner might be for you. Right this appears is in 2 contexts:

1) In the partnership desk for pairs tournaments
2) In user profiles

The new version contains some small bug fixes and visual tweaks as well.
