1- The explanations on my double is 18- total points,I think this explanations are very inaccurate , there is only one reason for my double ,that is lead directing double,otherwise what's else?
2- My second double should be penalty,not takeout. any idea?

Gib doesn't play any kind of lead-directing penalty doubles. Having said that, double of 4H should indeed be penalties.

The reference to "18- TP" is probably just an inference derived from the fact that no action was taken earlier in the auction. Not exactly inaccurate, but probably incomplete.
Psych (pron. saik): A gross and deliberate misstatement of honour strength and/or suit length. Expressly permitted under Law 73E but forbidden contrary to that law by Acol club tourneys.

Psyche (pron. sahy-kee): The human soul, spirit or mind (derived, personification thereof, beloved of Eros, Greek myth).
Masterminding (pron. mPosted ImagesPosted ImagetPosted Imager-mPosted ImagendPosted Imageing) tr. v. - Any bid made by bridge player with which partner disagrees.

"Gentlemen, when the barrage lifts." 9th battalion, King's own Yorkshire light infantry,
2000 years earlier: "morituri te salutant"

"I will be with you, whatever". Blair to Bush, precursor to invasion of Iraq

Sometimes there is lead directional double

I.e.

1 - p - 1 - p
1NT - p - p - X -> Penalty double; requests lead -- 13+ HCP; rebiddable ; 20- total points

And what's up with the "9+ total points" explanation of 2? If the given hand is a legitimate 2 opener (and I think it is), the explanation shouldn't be misleading. And if the 3 call is the "default rebid", not showing anything more than the 2 opener showed, the description should reflect that.

Doubling 3N for penalty and making a double of a suit escaping was supposed to be fixed in the last update as being for penalty

Well, there's a hedge in the announcement for version 29: "GIB will trust partner's 3NT or further double(s) indisputably and will not pull to a suit it has already shown." In this case North had not yet shown a suit.

Good point, thanks. It will be investigated.
