Pretty vague for GIB. Could be third hand high with a doubleton or tripleton, or possibly just a random follow. You usually see random waste of high cards in 2nd hand. I suppose there might be 1 out of a hundred times when some kind of unblock is necessary, but it would greatly improve the defense if GIB always played low in normal following suit situations.

If you had Qxx you wouldn't play the queen. Especially not here.

GIB is not good at all at figuring out when singletons are forced. We've seen it fail to give a ruff when it played an Ace, Queen was in dummy, and partner dropped the King.
