My questions are at below:

1- Is it normal for my 2d without GIB explanation?
Actually I clicked so fastly, misclicked 2.I am wondering wether all bids have its explanation.
2- How to count 3 as 10-12 total points?
3 was alerted as invitational jump raise -- 4+H,4+D,10-12 total points.while is trump, how to count its total points?

A+K+Q = 9

Then +1+1 for two doubletons

Psych (pron. saik): A gross and deliberate misstatement of honour strength and/or suit length. Expressly permitted under Law 73E but forbidden contrary to that law by Acol club tourneys.

Psyche (pron. sahy-kee): The human soul, spirit or mind (derived, personification thereof, beloved of Eros, Greek myth).
Masterminding (pron. mPosted ImagesPosted ImagetPosted Imager-mPosted ImagendPosted Imageing) tr. v. - Any bid made by bridge player with which partner disagrees.

"Gentlemen, when the barrage lifts." 9th battalion, King's own Yorkshire light infantry,
2000 years earlier: "morituri te salutant"

"I will be with you, whatever". Blair to Bush, precursor to invasion of Iraq

Many thanks.
I remembered that Max Hardy had ever said that experts add points to long suit instead of short suit generally,Marty bergen add points to short suits in dummy.

It may be what they teach, but I don't think that they apply any such simplistic rules when they play. I think experts tend to discard point systems pretty much when evaluating their hand, and just go with gut feel, with the possible exception of opening in No Trumps (and come to think of it, even then).

GIB however very definitely relies, and slavishly at that, on its total points based on shortages + HCP

I've got no idea what 2 should mean. You couldn't bid 1 over 1 (Why not ???). It's basically an impossible bid.

The GIB documentation explains how it counts total points: HCP + shortness: 1 point for each doubleton, 2 points for each singleton , 3 points for each void. The shortness points are reduced by 1 if the short suit includes a high honor.

So West has 9 HCP + 2 shortness points = 11 total points. Humans often discount shortness in suits partner has bid, but GIB doesn't do this.
