GIB CC:passed 1nt is forcing or not?

As we know GIB don't play Drury or ReDrury convention,so GIB have to play forcing 1nt even passed hand, its 1nt is alerted as forcing 1nt,actually GIB don't follow this bidding rule and pass,why?

GiB don't pass and rebid 2,ok,very good.

It appears that GIB plays that as semi-forcing, meaning you pass with 5332 minimum but bid with anything else.

Edit to clarify based on Steve's comment below: "plays that" meant "plays 1NT over a third seat 1M opening"...

Also, probably only in 3rd/4th seat. Most people play it that way. The GIB notes don't specify.
