GIB W have only 4 hcp with 4333 shapes,too weak to bid any,in any case, GIB W have nothing,bidding nothing.
Pass is always an option.

Thanks for reporting.

It was improved to be sensitive about vulnerability for raising after double to 3 or 4 level.

It applies also for overcall.

Like:

1m - 2M - Double - 3M/4M

I believe Georgi means he's made the change in the code. Of course, you won't see it until we deploy a new version of robots. This should be fairly obvious.

yes, GIB in v30 was improved to look at vulnerabilities.
