I would like to make a suggestion: When a friend is playing, you can not message them. If you want them to join a tournament when they are free, there's no way to ask. I would like to see the ability to post to message box when a player is blocked. This comes up frequently. Thank you.

This is intentional. It's to prevent you from sending them messages about hands you may have watched.

I may be wrong but I think that the OP was requesting a method of having blocked messages queued in the server for delivery at the instant of unblockage.
