3 on any vul, any scoring.

Opponents have 8 hearts, your side has 8-9 clubs, more than enough to bid 3

This also helps you to protect your K on the opening lead as well as putting their strong hand on lead.Despite the fact that your K is in front of opener, you still have decent values, K prevents them from using this suit efficiently for entries, creates problems on the lead.

If pd bids 3 over 3 you bid 3 NT, you have enough values for it vs a strong hand that was too good to start overcall

If pd bids spades instead, you have an easy raise.

I think i will pass, partner should reopen most of the times if 2H is a trash raise, due to use having a possibility oh having a heart trapping. Over his reopen double i suppose you can bid 3C or 2S depending on your agreements.

Pass for me at any vul.
vul is critical on such decisions but imo this hand isnt enough even when nv.

id do 3 NV. hoping to push opp to 3. even though im not convinced we have 8. the hand doesn't have much prospects if partner doesn't have 4-5. So vul I pass too easy to go -2 or doubled -1

The only time I would think about bidding is Love All at MPs - then it is relatively close.

I am so sorry, for some reason i see our clubs Axxxx. (A10xx makes it look longer than other 4 card suit Kxxx) Then my reply would make sense.

Disregard my comments.

Because you have 4 hearts. Pard is like a 95% favorite to have 4144 or 4153/4135. Bidding 3 is only bad if pard happens to be 4153, and even then you might manage to scramble 9 tricks.
