I keep getting disconnected. The message is connection closed because my "app" is not up to date BUT I am using my laptop (windows XP) not a mobile device. Can anyone help?

This 'app out of date' message can happen if your connection quality is poor.

Upon login, some bit of data has to make a round trip, and the server grumbles if this data doesn't get back to us quickly enough.

I thought we got rid of the "App out of date" message in our most recent server update -- it was causing too many false errors. Are you still getting it?
