Not sure what the spade king is trying to accomplish here. The only way it can disappear is if declarer has ♣Ax exactly (in a hand like xx AKxxxx Qxx Ax) but in this case he will pitch away his diamond loser on the established spade and the club. There's just no way ♠K at trick two can be right. Of course, I hope you lead the proper count card (3/5 leads) since otherwise partner's analysis may end at "declarer has another spade" if she is a bit lazy.
It is true that declarer can always make the hand after the opening lead, but it requires some ingenuity on a better trick two defense.
