MP, robot tourney, best hand South

I may be resulting here, and happy to be told so, but still smarting from having bid the only making game, then to be removed from it by CHO in the process of breaking a cardinal rule that we are taught as beginners; that having pre-empted you thereafter forever hold your peace. When we get more experience we learn that there are exceptions, but you need to have something pretty special, and this ain't it.

North's actions having opened 3S should be more rule-based than sim-based. It is too difficult for North to second-guess on what hand South might have bid 3N. And indeed the meaning ascribed to South's 3N is rather absurd. The description should simply read "thinks he can make 9 in NT opposite a pre-empt".

This may be one hand where I would have done better partnering a basic bot.
Psych (pron. saik): A gross and deliberate misstatement of honour strength and/or suit length. Expressly permitted under Law 73E but forbidden contrary to that law by Acol club tourneys.

Psyche (pron. sahy-kee): The human soul, spirit or mind (derived, personification thereof, beloved of Eros, Greek myth).
Masterminding (pron. mPosted ImagesPosted ImagetPosted Imager-mPosted ImagendPosted Imageing) tr. v. - Any bid made by bridge player with which partner disagrees.

"Gentlemen, when the barrage lifts." 9th battalion, King's own Yorkshire light infantry,
2000 years earlier: "morituri te salutant"

"I will be with you, whatever". Blair to Bush, precursor to invasion of Iraq

There was also another hand posted recently (I think by you) where GIB preempted without having the specified strength in his suit. If he's going to habitually do this, that strength specification should be removed from the description.
