If spade honor is favorable distribution and club was 4-3 ,6 heart can make.

The East hand is way too good for a normal splinter. If you do not have split-range spinters available then begin with 2NT. The opps may well have something more to say with their nv 10 card fit.

I don't agree- East's hand is aceless outside of hearts- the heart honours beyond the A really don't add anything. West's hand needs to be fabulously good to help East to slam (like it is).

depends on methods, I play forrester over double, so 4m is a fit bid, not a splinter.

as most of your problems, splinter is the answer.
