Shouldn't it bid its longer major in response to cue bid, if it has one? If 4-4 in the majors, should probably bid 2nt with a diamond stop and 3c without?

2♦ should be a whole range of hands- including strong balanced with one or two four card majors.
Of course GIB should have bid 2♥ but the blockheads who programmed it don't think.

Thanks for reporting.

Fixed in v28. GIB would bid longer major first for sure.

With 4-4 it would vary depend on holdings, but won't bid 2Major however.
