Let's not talk much about the bidding. How would you play trumps after winning the K lead with the Ace. MP's.

Also, he rates to not have a heart void when he leads the 3.

Trumps seem to be least of my problems here.
I need 10th trick and I can't get it by finessing clubs because I will lack communication to play 3rd one from dummy if hearts are 0-3. Even finessing Qxx of hearts starting with an 8 won't help with that as they will always be able to ruff 3rd club as long as my K of hearts is in dummy.

So I play 4 to the K. If hearts are 2-1 I have additional entry and I can finesse spades twice. If they don't behave I draw trumps and try finessing J.

It's an interesting question who has the trumps here. West made a double-then-bid so he may have shortage in hearts (upgrading his hand), or may not (doubled 4H). I wouldn't be surprised to find hearts splitting nicely but would be inclined to lead the J to the K first.

J to the K, (if anyone shows out it;s west) draw trumps, lead the Q and duck when it's covered?

You need to preserve the heart 2 as an entry to maximise your chances when its stiff Q.

I don't understand this bidding at all, what does E have for a free 3 call such that W has a 4 call? Are the hands AKx, Q, KQ, KJxxxx and Jxxx, xx, JTxxxxx, x? Anyway, I don't think the X says anything about hearts, so I'd play for them to be 2-1

I'd do what Phil said, try and make sure we have 3 dummy entries in trumps so we can lead up to spades twice playing RHO for the J or establish the 13th spade for a club pitch.

FWIW leading a heart to the 8 at trick 2 seems awfully risky though it might be right, especially if LHO has Qx of hearts.
I once yelled at my partner for discarding the 'wrong' card when he was subjected to a squeeze that I allowed by giving the wrong count with too high a card. Now he's allowed to pitch aces when the opponents have the king in the dummy. At trick 2. When he could have followed suit. And blame me.

Its pretty obvious rho cannot be void in hearts, as he has denied four spades pretty much. So he would need ten minor suit cards, and its hard to imagine passing a "strong flexible" or "strong single suited" 4C bid with that much shape.

Don't know if this is the correct play, but suspect west has something like A-K-x-x/---/K-x/K-J-x-x-x-x-x. How could he double without Sp A-K? And how could east bid 3D without a long suit and shortage in clubs? So H J to K and hook the heart if west shows out. After clearing trumps I'll play ClubQ and let west keep the King. He can play a diamond which I ruff in hand and then I hook the cl J
