What are your thoughts about the safest way to play the hand to protect against bad breaks in the two key suits?

lead is a good chance.
A,discard K.
5,declarer J maybe be covered by A,
trump either or backed,
dummy ruffs with 10,
then A,9 to declarer's K,
K,Q,,
If 4-2 and 4-2,the auction can be well done.
