There is no way to bid this scientifically, even reaching 6 would expect to be a huge win

Easy - extend your hand to the bidding box, find the 7 bid and slowly put it on the table. :)
The question is why on earth would you do that?

"But I don't want to go among mad people," Alice remarked.
"Oh, you can't help that," said the Cat: "we're all mad here. I'm mad. You're mad."
"How do you know I'm mad?" said Alice.
"You must be," said the Cat, "or you wouldn't have come here."

I tend to agree, although if you use dbl as the cue raise to free 3 up for a two-suiter you might get an auction like:

Disclaimer: The above post may be a half-baked sarcastic rant intended to stimulate discussion and it does not necessarily coincide with my own views on this topic.
I bidding the suit below the suit I'm actually showing not to be described as a "transfer" for the benefit of people unfamiliar with the concept of a transfer

Unlucky! You got to 7S, C:5-0 and the opening
C-lead was ruffed.
Oops 5-0 clubs gets a C10 anyway. Unless red A
(K setup on Opening lead) in dummy.
Goulash is like that.
