Since North will reasonably make this 3♠ bid with only two spades, can we change the description to reflect reality?

But if you change the description to "2-3S" GIB will start doing it with a singleton.

Explanation seems ok, just GIB used a hole and slipped. Fixed so you could rely on 3 cards , not couple of spades.

If we "could rely on 3 cards", what will GIB now do with the given hand, with only 2 spades?
