A nice systems win for opps, 2M muiderberg JEC #10, hand 11

We had a system win for 4 imps on board 3 where strong club with kokish relay played a 20 hcp opposite 1 hcp at 1nt= instead of 2nt-1. But here opps get 6 back for a system swing with a nice thin game.

With DK off but SK on 5D makes. Other table in the standard 2S after E opens 1NT and W transfers.

I assume our teammates were playing 15-17, and yes E could upgrade to an 18-19 and in standard presumably bid 1♦ and then 2nt over 1♠. Not clear that this gets you to 5♦. Spades only made 9 tricks, and 3nt is obviously down.

...you could get there if you play fit jumps by passed hand, right. ;)

I admit I would get to 3NT with most of the systems I play.
