Over three level preempt bid

What is the bid here? Is it dbl or 3NT?

Double is my bid. For one thing, I don't really like doubling with 2 cards in one major if I have a reasonable alternative.

And you don't consider 3NT to be a reasonable alternative?

I think this is easy 3 NT for everyone.
