Jacoby 2NT raise Completely ignored the side four card suit?

The residue (/) can be 1-3, 2-2, 3-1, 1-2, 2-1, 3-0, 0-3. On the OP hand, if partner has a side K, how good the grand is?
Never growl at your partner. You never know what fine player is watching and would have asked you to play.

I thought this was a really hard one, would think many nonexperts or nonwc will miss 6c.
