sorry you didn't discuss much with your partner (you do raise on 3 with unbalanced hands, but you don't have an artificial 2NT ask available).

While I am all in favor of raising on three card support (especially good three card support) on unbalanced hands, this one takes that principal too far.

I would rebid 2. If partner passes, that is probably OK. But over any rebid (except possibly 3NT) I then bid spades.

Game or slam is possible in any of three suits. If you don't bid clubs, you eliminate the third suit from consideration.

In this case, you have put yourself in a very bad position when partner rebids 3NT. I don't see what you can do other than pass 3NT, and it could be very wrong.
