1C in the first case, 3C in the second. If you play a 4th seat 3C as a stronger hand, then I still open 1C.

Thats typical Nuno reply. :D

He preempts to opponents (hopefully to opponents) in first one, and he also preempts to opponents who already passed in second one. There aint no peace for poor opponents , Nuno will preempt their @$$ regardless.
