Here's the hand.
The error doesn't seem to be in GIBs response, but rather that the question was RKCB (H) (meaning in hearts). This seems to be a mistake similar to one we've seen before.

Yeah, that looks like a bug. Looks like it doesn't realize that clubs have been agreed on, so it's falling back on the rule that it's RKCB for the last suit bid, even though it's not natural.
