a bug of GIB bidding after 2C Stayman

Using version 17 the first time on June 7th, I held 17hcp hand, 4432. My GIB partner had 11 hcp, 3451. The bidding went: 1N by me, 2C by pard, 2H by me and 3NT by pard, and 4S by me became the final contract. 3NT was correctly explained as 4 spades, but GIB had only 3 spades. Must be a bug!

I'd be more interested in why it didn't bid 4H after finding a fit.
