No special agreements. Is this non-forcing? Forcing one round? Game forcing?
One line answers perfectly acceptable!

You are forced as far as you were by the cue-bid. In practice, it is hard to see this stopping short of game.

I play a cue as a GF by an unpassed hand. I thought this was standard.

I have always considered it standard that the cuebid response to a takeout double is forcing to suit agreement. In other words, forcing until game is reached or someone raises someone. That's why the only hands that are less than game forcing that cuebid tend to be 4-4 in the majors invitational strength in response to a takeout double of a minor.
So the 3♣ bid is forcing, but 4♣ by the doubler is not.
