if they ever ruff (after the K) you have plenty of entries (K, two ) to set up the two for discard, and if after cashing the A someone ruffs a , then the Q will fall.

play A A(and assume both play to A)
play K small from hand to A

then you can play H for enough discards (even if the Q doesn't fall and if the Ais trumped) because as soon as one opp trumps the Q will fall
