Concessions Partner can concede on your behalf

Last night in a tourney, the declarer was headed for down 1 (in a slam no less), and partner conceded the contract making ;) . In f2f bridge, one partner cannot concede on behalf of the partnership. Is it possible (or desirable) to program BBO to permit conceder's partner to reject the concession?
