Spielberg/Hanks would only make it horribly schmaltzy.

We need Bond wheeling out the Keycard. Add some top notch Bond-quality totty and now Bridge is cool!

"We need Bond wheeling out the Keycard."

Bond is old and tired. How about Quentin Tarantino - Killing Defence At Bridge?

I get your point about Bond. Tarantino, hmm maybe.

Well Hollywood is doing the gay movies. The next taboo to break should be the Bridge movies.

I predict that, within the next decade, we will see the first gay bridge movie.

The title -"Leading and finessing in L.A." promises more action :)

I predict the next Tarantino movie will be a bridge playing, gay vampire movie set in an all night Mexican money bridge club called "From Dusk Til Dawn-ish."
