Hungarian expert's Gabor Nagyivan votes were delayed in arriving (don't you just hate email?). Anyway, I ahve added his comments to those of the other panelist. His votes did not affect the overall scoring.

A similar probem occurred with MikeH. I apologize to both. In the future, I will acknowledge reciept of votes from each panelist so they will know their votes arrived safely into my hands.
