Hello, my club wants to start using the wonderful BBO service to eliminate half tables using the robots. I have been instructed to create 3 usernames for this purpose. One for the host, and 2 for the East and West seats at the teaching table. Does this mean I need to create new BBO accounts for each of these? Thanks for any help! Matt

Hi Matt,

Yes, go to www.bridgebase.com
Click LOGIN/REGISTER
On the next screen click Become a member (free)
Fill in the form that appears, remember to tick I agree with Terms of Service

You'll receive a confirmation email to confirm registration for the new username.

Do this three times, you can use the same email address for all.

After you confirm registration contact me at diana@bridgebase.com and let me know what the usernames are. We'll activate free advanced robots for the table host and hide ads for the players.

Hi Diana, and thanks! I assumed that each username would need a different email, and that could get messy. I should have just tried.

We're just in the early stage of this, and I'm really trying to push our club to try it. If it works, I'll let you know Steve.

Yep, I saw another email from a club manager asking about registration emails, so thought this might be where you got stuck.

I plan to use a robot table in an upcoming bridge game. I have no problem with using the same email address for the host and 2 players. The play at the robot table works fine.
